Sumatra Mandailing is named after north Sumatra’s people. This blend contains 100% specialty grade coffee. Grown in the rich volcanic soil and the tropical climate, it is known for its smooth, full body, rich and complex taste and is often described as earthy with a herbal aroma.

 

How to brew :

• Tear open the packaging of the coffee bag, take out the coffee bag and unfold it.

• Open the coffee bag fully and make sure the hangers or strings on the bag are extended.

• Hang the coffee bag securely on the rim of your cup or mug.

• Slowly pour water over the coffee bag (recommended temperature 90-96°C/150-250ml)

• Continue pouring the water evenly over the bag, allowing the coffee to drip into your cup.

• If desired, add sugar, milk, or any other additives to your brewed coffee. Stir well to incorporate them.
